Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and dispatching of goods.
– Ensure accurate stock counts and implement effective inventory control procedures.
– Maintain compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
– Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, assigning workloads and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics or a related field.
– Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
– Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
– Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
